Our Story
Leo's Plumbing and Irrigation was founded right here in Windsor, Ontario by two tradespeople who believed the Windsor-Essex community deserved better: faster response times, honest pricing, and work done right the first time. Jacob Ciampaglia and Douglass Cooper built this company on a simple promise — that every customer, whether facing a burst pipe at 2 a.m. or planning a brand new irrigation system, would be treated with the same professionalism and care.
From a small local operation, Leo's has grown into one of Windsor and Essex County's most trusted names in plumbing and irrigation. Our team serves homeowners and businesses from Windsor all the way to Leamington, tackling everything from emergency plumbing repairs and Kitec pipe removal to custom sprinkler installations and full landscape design. We know this community because we live and work here — and that makes all the difference.
